Use the Step Drill to create an opening into the tibial canal. The drill is inserted to a depth of approximately 100 mm into the tibial canal. After taking out the drill, it is recommended to apply an Alignment Rod into the marrow cavity several times to reduce the risk of fat embolism. Connect the T-Handle to the Tibial IM Rod and insert the assembly manually into tibial canal through the narrowest point inside. Then, remove the T-Handle .
